This collection builds upon the deeper explorations of the Chroma-Illumination series. A single film frame image is scanned and maniplated into translucent-reflective, sacred geometry imagery. The results evokes a "directed pareidolia" effect onto the viewer, much like the analytic Rorschach inkblot test.
By creating these other-worldly images that have no define subject or answers, it is left to each individual to define. The subject of each image is projected by the viewer, as they view the over-lapping shapes and colors, and "sees" what is not there. The viewer determines the narrative of the image, and in doing so, reveals their own hopes and fears as reflected from these images..
